Infrared Area Radiators Achieve Higher Gloss Level

You can achieve a higher product surface gloss level with MES plain IR radiators, especially in case of partial area heating of plastic materials or print effects.

You need to heat or dry defined sections of areas with high process reliability. MES plain IR infrared area radiators are perfectly suited for this task:

The following environmental conditions must be met for fan cooling:

  • Room temperature < 30 °C
  • Dust-free air
  • General:
    • Partial area heating
    • Drying of printed section
    • Area heating and drying with higher gloss level
  • Semi-finished furniture products:
    • Heating of thermoplastic decorative films (PVC, ABS, etc.)
    • Heating of urea resin or dispersion adhesives on preloaded fabrics (HPL, CPL)
    • Heating prior to post-forming heating of MDFs and chipboards
  • Plastics manufacturing industry:
    • Heating of thermoplastic films
  • Automotive industry:
    • Heating of rubber treads during lamination process
    • Heating of rubber treads during coating or painting process
    • Pre-vulcanization

MES Infrared Compact Radiator Product Range „plain“

The MES Compact Radiator Product Range „plain“ can be used to effectively and uniformly heat up, dry or activate particularly small surfaces, e.g. 6 x 6 cm², constricted installation conditions and partial locations. This is particularly interesting, if boundary zones, other components or different materials shall be protected against heat or excessively high temperatures.
